FarmCore installs straight from your phone's browser — you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play. It's a web app: open app.farmcore.us, add it to your Home Screen, and it lives on your phone like any other app.

THE HONEST PART

It's a web app.
Installed from the browser.

FarmCore is what's called a progressive web app (PWA): the same app you use on a computer, installed onto your phone directly from the browser at app.farmcore.us. There's no app store listing today, and you don't need one — no store account, no downloads page, nothing to update by hand.

Follow the steps for your phone below. Each one takes about two minutes, and you only do it once.

ON AN IPHONE OR IPAD

iPhone — using Safari

    Open Safari

    Safari is the blue compass icon that comes on every iPhone. These steps need Safari — if you normally use a different browser, use Safari just for this part.

    Go to app.farmcore.us

    Tap the address bar, type app.farmcore.us and tap Go. The FarmCore front door loads. You don't need to sign in to install.

    Tap the Share button

    It's the square with an arrow pointing up — at the bottom center of the screen on an iPhone (top right on an iPad).

    Tap “Add to Home Screen”

    Scroll down the menu that slides up until you see Add to Home Screen, and tap it. If you don't see it, make sure you're in Safari.

    Tap “Add”

    It's in the top-right corner. That's it — the FarmCore icon is now on your Home Screen.

    Open FarmCore from the icon

    From now on, tap the FarmCore icon like any other app. It opens full screen and signs you in with your FarmCore account.

ON AN ANDROID PHONE

Android — using Chrome

    Open Chrome

    Chrome is the red, yellow, green and blue circle icon that comes on most Android phones.

    Go to app.farmcore.us

    Tap the address bar, type app.farmcore.us and tap the arrow or Enter. The FarmCore front door loads. You don't need to sign in to install.

    Tap the three-dot menu

    It's the ⋮ in the top-right corner of Chrome.

    Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”

    The wording depends on your phone — either one works. Some phones also show an Install banner right on the page; tapping that works too.

    Confirm with “Install” or “Add”

    That's it — the FarmCore icon is now on your Home Screen (and in your app drawer).

    Open FarmCore from the icon

    From now on, tap the FarmCore icon like any other app. It opens full screen and signs you in with your FarmCore account.

AFTER YOU INSTALL
IT'S THE REAL APP

Full screen, its own icon, no browser bars. Everything in FarmCore is there — land, animals, tasks, records, Ask FarmCore.

ALWAYS UP TO DATE

The app updates itself the next time you open it. No update button, nothing to download.

YOUR EXISTING LOGIN

Sign in the same way you do on a computer. FarmCore accounts are set up for you — there's nothing to register on this page.

REMOVE IT ANY TIME

Press and hold the icon and choose remove/uninstall, like any other app. Your farm records stay safe in your account.
